How do you calculate the remaining credits?
Leadsie was set up to help agencies connect to their client assets, so they can spend more time on delivering value and not messing around with permissions in admin panels.
We therefore only count a credit if everything was successful for you and your client. Get in touch if you believe these numbers to be wrong!
Connections
If the client had to come back to give more access, or even get someone else in the organisation to give access we do not count these extra connections towards your credits.
Multiple connections from the same user do not count towards your credits.
Multiple connections from the same business (different user) also do not count towards your credits.
Audits
We currently only count a successful audit (i.e. there was data within the last 30 days) per unique ad account when it is completed through the branded audit page.
If you want to track progress with our Audit tool each month with the same ad account, it will not count towards your limits.
