Can't select the right Facebook Business Manager?
Are you unable to select the right Business Manager, e.g. when you sign up for Leadsie or to create a custom request?
Here's how to fix it:
1) Go to this page and click the button to remove the Leadsie application from your Facebook account. Don't worry, this won't delete any connections.
2) Next, log in again and make sure you select either all businesses or at least the new business manager you'd like your clients to connect to.
3) That's it! 🎉
Why is this happening?
In most cases, you are not able to see your Business Manager because we don't have the permissions to "see" this new Business Manager. That is because when you initially signed up, you only gave the Leadsie application access to specific Business Managers:
If you get access to a new Business Manager or you create a new one, Leadsie won't be able to see this until you reset your permissions as outlined above.
